being a supervisor is a lot harder than i anticipated. overwhelmed? NO. it's nothing in the worse that you can give to me that i can't handle. but.... my biggest enemy is time. there just aren't enough hours in the day. thus, i have decided to adopt an agenda that i need to follow everyday. it will be a point by point agenda. now if only my agents will let me get to it; instead of asking me 50,000 questions. not only that...these people are trying ME because i'm new and I don't have all their stats. it's like being a substitute teacher or a new teacher for a class. i got one chick, clocking in late and out early then trying to play me with  counterfeit time correction forms for two weeks. *holds up cardboard sign* c'mon son! not on my watch! the big boys is watching me because i'm new. so  i'm definitely watching you. suspension first thing MONDAY morning. this other new supervisor that i'm working with has a girl on her squad talking about she's on a leave of absence...a medical leave.... well then why are you at work? screwing up the attendance! you need to leave or work. you can't do both. and apparently you are well enough to work. my, my how interesting it is looking in on the otherside. i apologize to all my former supervisors for hitting you with the flex. now i'm getting it. :( lol. so sorry i been missing! i will be back and i gotta share my pics from ATL!
